Shelia demonstrates insight from years of F&B experience in a range of projects, from mixed-use privately-owned businesses to large corporations. Through flexibility in her role, she aids in facilitating the design process, overseeing the technical aspects of project delivery, and bringing to successful completion projects of enormous scale and visibility.
Shelia has held key positions in both Operations and Marketing, recently as the VP of Sales and Corporate Operations for The Epicurean Group in Los Altos, CA, and before as the Director of Marketing for Bon Appétit Management Company (Palo Alto, CA). Shelia graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Sociology.
