Stacey Olson represents Gensler as a Design Performance Leader and Certified Interior Designer, specializing in sustainable design strategies for all practice areas. With a varied background of project work, Stacey’s experience includes sustainable design and implementation in the retail sector, commercial offices, corporate headquarters, campuses and master planning, as well as the hospitality sector. Additional sustainable workflow includes researching materials and presenting pertinent environmental issues for fellow staff, clientele, and through educational industry events, including presentations relating to Greenbuild and USGBC, LEED certified projects and rating systems, Calgreen, and research related to the health impacts indoor environments have on human anatomy.
Most recently, Stacey has spoken on current sustainability trends for CBRE, NEWH, and in Casa Grande Arizona, led an eco charette for a 1,000 acre sustainable master plan.
Stacey is a LEED AP+ID&C, BD&C and a Certified Interior Designer with degrees from the University of California, Irvine, as well as the Interior Designers Institute of Newport Beach.
