Anu Saxena is the Senior Vice President & Global Head for Hilton Supply Management (HSM), Hilton’s global procurement organization. An industry leader in global supply management, she oversees partnerships with 6,000 hotels among 14 brands, more than 1,000 global suppliers, and directs the procurement of over $5 billion USD in more than 90 countries. She is a recognized thought leader who is spearheading the transformation of HSM’s business model into an industry-leading, innovative, agile, and customer-focused organization.

 

Anu is the Leadership Advocate for Hilton’s Asian & Pacific Islander Team Member Resource Group. In this role, she promotes professional development and provides market insights from its members.

 

Prior to her current appointment as SVP & Global Head, Anu held the position of Vice President, Product Management for Hilton Global Brand Services & Innovation. She established the Product Advisory Council with top ownership, management, and real estate companies, and led the design, development, and commercialization of products for all brands globally.

 

Before joining Hilton, Anu consulted for the United Nations to upgrade strategic processes and systmes in more than 120 countries. Her career began at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young where she worked with Fortune 500 companies across multiple categories and industries, including, Mergers & Acquisitions, Healthcare, Telecom/Media, Higher Education, and Retail.

 

Anu also serves on the Board of Directors for DC Safe, an independent nonprofit working to ensure the safety and self-determination for survivors of domestic violence in the Washington, DC area through emergency services, court advocacy, and system reform.

 

Anu is an alumna of the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and is a proud Buckeye! She currently resides in Great Falls, Virginia with her husband and two children.
