Barbara Lazaroff, ASID is President of Imaginings Design, Inc. and co-founder of the Wolfgang Puck brand and IP which includes fine dining, catering, WP Worldwide, and licensed WP cookware and appliances.

Barbara’s commercial career began in 1982 when she designed Spago Hollywood, utilizing her studies in theater and lighting design; later conceiving Chinois, Eureka, Granita, Spago Beverly Hills, Obachine, WP Cafes and other unique restaurant concepts. Barbara presently enjoys consulting and lecturing.

Barbara is also a founder of Women Chefs & Restaurateurs which provides hospitality education, mentoring and scholarships.

Barbara’s Flame of Life products support philanthropic causes she has championed for over 30 years. Her efforts have raised millions for hunger relief, social change for children, the elderly, and cancer and AIDS research. She is the recipient of the James Beard Humanitarian award and is a NAWBO Legacy honoree; recognizing her dedication to community and global betterment.

Barbara is also an author, podcast host of Exuberant Living and a partner/producer in Filmanthropic Group International creating socially conscious media; previously co-producing the film Femme: Women Healing the World.

She is the mother of two sons and has always felt their upbringing was her first priority.
