Denise Pan

project designer
Avenue Interior Design

A California native, Denise’s love of interiors was ignited while living abroad in Singapore, one of Southeast Asia’s premier hospitality & entertainment destinations. With a wealth of beautiful restaurants, hotels and nightclubs to explore, she was exposed to both a high level of luxury design as well as resourceful design solutions.

Following a stint as a marketing research analyst, Denise transformed her interest in branding into a career in hospitality design, translating the intangible identity of brands into tangible defined spaces. She then furthered her education with a Master’s in Interior Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona. Prior to joining Avenue Interior Design, Denise honed her insight into the world of hospitality design while working on the multifaceted Baha Mar Project in the Bahamas. Since joining Avenue, Denise has diversified her hospitality portfolio to include the Hotel Modera in Portland, The Ramble Hotel in Denver and 2017 Gold Key Finalist, La Serena Villas in Palm Springs. Denise is currently working on the world-renowned Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. During her free time, she enjoys a good yoga session and having a glass of wine with friends.
